Our nitrogen generator will be the best solution for adjusting the optimum level of O2 in your storage chambers after harvesting. By adsorption of oxygen from the atmosphere, treated air with an O2 concentration in the range of 0.1 to 3% is supplied to the storage chamber, which significantly reduces respiration. This allows you to maintain the hardness of the product, shelf life and significantly increase the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. Our generators are also very useful for performing nitrogen injection during the storage period, as well as to maintain the desired level of O2 in chambers that are not sufficiently sealed.

Low power consumption
The flow of adsorption at low pressure, the so-called VSA-technology, Vacuum Swing Adsorption. For nitrogen production, the outside and / or air from the chamber (recirculation system) passes through the generator at a low overpressure (+ 0.8 bar). Low pressure creates less friction, less heat and significantly less energy loss compared to conventional technologies. This energy-saving vacuum technology saves from 30 to 60% compared to VPSA, PSA and membrane systems.

The use of the new activated carbon for the optimum adsorption process in combination with our recirculation system and settings, ensures blowing up to 25-30% faster than traditional PSA (high pressure systems).
