The Fruitcare installation has a very precise weighing mechanism that minimizes manual labor and has a significant economic effect. Fruitcare works thanks to an inclined principle and has a unique dispensing mechanism that puts the product on boxes. This not only helps to maintain the quality of the product, but also allows you to set the exact weight of the complete box.
The movement of the distributing conveyor and the inclination of the box are perfectly adapted to each other. The process speed is easily adjusted, depending on the size of the fruit and the size of the box. Fruitcare has (10) programs that are easily powered by the push of a button. Fruitcare - the packaging mechanism for small boxes can be connected to the computer of your sorting machine, which will fully automate the sorting and packaging system.
AUTOMATIC DRY BIN FILLER
This machine is specially designed for fast and automatic packaging in containers with simultaneous extremely accurate processing of fruits. The filling front unit of the packer is loaded with fruit using a festoon conveyor that receives fruit from the collector hopper installed at its inlet. Fruit processing is carried out carefully using a vertical conveyor feeding fruit to a rotating disc, which, when opening the cells with flaps, evenly and without damage, stacks the fruit in a container. The Filling Control Sensor causes the front unit of the packer to consistently rise in accordance with the level of packing of the product in the container. This packer in containers is an excellent solution to the problem of processing products when used together with pre-sorting equipment; the packer is produced as three different models that meet the requirements of any performance:
Single head - for one container. It is simple in operation and has small dimensions.
Single front unit - for two containers. Reduces waiting time when replacing containers due to the fact that the front unit moves to the second container after filling the first one.
Double front unit - for two containers. The dual front unit allows continuous filling of containers and a constant flow of fruit, which allows achieving maximum efficiency.
