Cup grader, performing color / weight / diameter sorting, is specially designed for sorting easily damaged fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, avocados, mangoes, kiwis and vegetables like sweet peppers and tomatoes. The machine has a high performance and is available as a variety of models, with 2 to 12 sorting lines and a maximum of 48 outputs. The Cup sorter is equipped with a unique color measuring system CS and has a central sorting computer. This makes the Cup sorter an ideally adapted central sorting system device.
Aweta has developed a machine for round fruits and vegetables: Pentacup. This machine was specially designed for manufacturers with a small amount of production. It does not take up much space and is easy to operate. Pentacup is a combination of a complex separator and a sorter. The machine consists of a standard frame length of 11.9 m, perfectly accommodating the body of the wagon or container. It is easy to install and even easier to maintain.
Rollerstar: faster and better than other sorting machines
The Calistar sorting machine is the latest development of Aweta, which is designed to perform large-scale works, such as pre-sorting.
The double-purpose machine is mounted on a single frame using one conveyor. The machine can pack at high speed thanks to a double packing rod. The speed of the machine is continuously adjusted between 2,500 and 9,500 products / hour by means of an adjustable motor. The machine was designed to seal each cucumber in a shrink film, which ensures a uniform shrinkage of the film on each individual cucumber and a quality winding that preserves the product. The machine includes a shrink chamber with a head of a unique design that automatically shifts to one side of the machine in the event of a machine stop for any reason. Thus, cucumbers located on the conveyor are protected from overheating.
The TRS rose machine has been specifically designed to sort by length and quality. This machine is universal for all types of roses, both for small and large-color. TRS has integrated a section for sorting and station for the formation of bouquets. Such sorting creates a homogeneous attractive bouquet that satisfies all the needs of the market. A quality finished product leaves its manufacturer. The machine is equipped with a central computer, which controls the process of sorting and forming bouquets at all stages. All movable parts of the mechanism are protected and closed as much as possible. In addition, the machine is very quiet. The standard version of TRS processes up to 9,500 roses per hour and can be adjusted for stalk length from 300 to 1150 mm. If necessary, the machine can be rebuilt from one type of roses to another during operation.
After the bouquets of roses are cut and cut to the desired length, they are shifted by a special grip to the table for the accumulation of bouquets. Then the bouquets are laid manually on the conveyor belt, which is sent to the packing machine. She wraps the bouquets in plastic film one by one. The next operation consists in moving bouquets along the second belt of the conveyor, with which they are installed in containers with water. The machine provides a tight fit of the bouquet with a plastic film and its uniform arrangement in each bouquet. Such a unified packaging raises the quality of the finished product at no additional cost.
