Hydro-cooling allows the product temperature to be reduced to +/- 1 degree. Capacity of Stas nv. from 500 kg / h to 10,000 kg / h.
Coolers from Stas nv. They were developed jointly with the manufacturer and the supplier-partner, which allowed to obtain an experience of efficient and rapid removal of field heat, bathing pallets in a stream of ice water.
An additional advantage is that the fruit is washed with clean drinking water. Purification of water does not lead to contamination, which can cause some other chlorination process.
The process is fairly simple, a large amount of cold water, by sprinkling, fall on moving pallets with the product, without damaging the product.

Hydrocooler of pallet type from Stas nv. Belgium
Input / output: Installation of pallets with a forklift. Place for two (by agreement of a larger number of 3-4pcs) pallets.
A water tank of ice water with a chiller. Volume of water: 3m3
Can be connected to the existing cold supply system provided sufficient power is available.
Estimated cooling-in temperature + 30 ° C; Product outlet temperature + 1С;
Optimal for one batch of loading 200kg / pallet-> 2 pallets * 200kg (15 minutes cycle) = 1600kg for 60minutes.
Inspection hatch for reservoir maintenance;
