Feeding equipment

Unloading, feeding. Unloading of stacks and water unloading of full boxes as well as stacking of empty boxes. The product is loaded from containers stacked by dumping full containers into water and storing empty containers in a stack after unloading

This installation was designed to automatically unload boxes into the water. The installation works completely automatically, the work cycle is as follows:

• Unloading stacks of full boxes of 3 or 4 bins

• Submerging full bins in the water one by one

• Stacking of empty bins in 3 or 4 bins in height

Sorting can be done using any "wet" or "dry" sorting system. Each product has its own specific process. An example is the process of water unloading of apples and pears, the difference in which is tipping of a pear container in the water, because the groove is transported by creating a reinforced flow, since the density of the pear does not allow the product to stay on the water and float freely along the water channel, unlike the apple.
