Cup grader
Cup grader, performing color / weight / diameter sorting, is specially designed for sorting easily damaged fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, avocados, mangoes, kiwis and vegetables like sweet peppers and tomatoes. The machine has a high performance and is available as a variety of models, with 2 to 12 sorting lines and a maximum of 48 outputs. The Cup sorter is equipped with a unique color measuring system CS and has a central sorting computer. This makes the Cup sorter an ideally adapted central sorting system device.
More than just a sorting machine
Sorting systems with the supply of "wet" and "dry" products fully comply with their specifications. This means that the complete system, in addition to sorting machines, includes large drawer receivers, drawer unloaders, product dehydrators, unloading conveyors and packing systems. If necessary, the sorting machine can be equipped with a preliminary screening machine with a conveyor and a receiving tray. It is also possible to use roller tracks for sorting by quality. He manages the entire sorting system and monitors all work - from feed lines and conveyors to the speed of the equipment and, of course, the sorting process itself. As with other numerous developments by Aweta, the central sorting computer has all the benefits of research and development work carried out by the company's specialists that are aimed at achieving the "practically required sorting process". The work of the peripheral equipment associated with the sorting system is coordinated by the central computer, sorting the sorter Cup. You can also connect a personal computer and a printer to the central sort computer. This allows you to get an accurate view of the totals for the day, the summary data for the product lots, the data for each output, and so on. The central sorting computer can easily be connected to an office computer, so that all data will be transferred to your management system.
