A unique feature of Pentacup is the patented five-sided cup (cap) for product transportation. This pentahedral shape guarantees the stability of the product in the cell, which allows you to accurately determine its weight. Therefore, Pentacup can sort products with a diameter between 40 and 110 mm (such as tomatoes, stone, apples, etc.) at speeds of up to 15 cells per second.
Control
The Pentacup machine sorts products by weight and can be used in combination with a camera defining color and diameter. The machine is easy and convenient to operate. The touch screen panel allows the operator to easily launch any program. The user interface allows the operator to move around the system step by step. Each step excludes several options, which prevents errors and leads to the correct decisions. Since the machine can be used for small batches and quick sorting, the operator can independently set the work of the programs in addition to the already existing programs. Programs can be saved and activated if necessary.
Gentle product handling
Products smoothly move from separator to sorter without obstacles and falls. Separation of products before sorting ensures accurate work with products. A single machine can send sorted products from the line, both to the left and to the right. Pentacup is programmed to make batches of the product the same in weight. Once, a certain weight is formed, the packer delivers the products and fills the box, ensuring the same weight in each box.
