Rollerstar: faster and better than other sorting machines
Rollerstar is the latest technological development of the company Aweta process for the calibration and sorting of fruits and vegetables. It is the result of a combination of a modern basic node with a new patented divider by weight and texture.
The Rollerstar machine is designed as a more user-friendly machine. It has such advantages as: compactness, modernity, carefully processes the product. Each aspect of the machine creation process added to it the advantages not previously used in the calibration and sorting technology.
The machine can sort by color, weight and diameter much faster, better and more efficiently, with greater productivity. This technology uses modular frame construction and is aimed at solving the problem of space bottlenecks. The conveyor has the possibility of two-way delivery to packing stations. This is an advantage when using machines with one or two tracks, allowing you to pack on both sides.
Rollerstar is perfect for round fruits and vegetables of any size. As a result of the unique framework, Aweta can develop a machine for small products such as plums, stone fruits, citrus fruits, as well as apples, tomatoes and larger fruits. The Rollerstar conveyor is designed in such a way as to rotate fruit with a diameter of 40-110 mm. This allows the machine to analyze and calibrate the fruit according to color, diameter; sort out the fruits with defects, which guarantees the highest quality.
Precision weighing
Rollerstar uses dual loading cells and patented electronic devices and mechanisms for more accurate high-speed weighing.
Better performance
The main purpose of the machine is the high-speed transportation of the product along a conveyor with a high level of filling. The patented separator is designed to match the surface and shape of the fruit, which facilitates the process of getting fruit into the separator. The use of the V-belt distributes the fruit to the separator more efficiently and easily. This means that the fruits will have less dents and damage, and they can be calibrated and sorted faster.
Two-way execution
The Rollerstar machine pushes the product out of the conveyor very gently to the left and to the right, thanks to a special rotating mechanism on the conveyor. Instead of flying into the receiving brushes, like from a catapult, the fruits will gently roll out into these brushes. This two-way conveyor device allows the user to have packaging machines on both sides of the conveyor on a single-track machine, which can increase the efficiency of the packaging process.
Technology
In addition to the modern design and technologically advanced conveyor, Aveta has added a machine for manufacturability and reliability in operation. The conveyor consists of strong plastic parts that are attached to the caterpillar. This is a great advantage when operating, as cleaning, replacement and repair of individual parts can be done without the use of tools or keys. The chain mechanism is designed using a pneumatic system, which allows the chain to be under the right tension at all times. Thus, the maintenance of the machine is minimized, and the user does what he best does: Sort, calibrate and pack fruits and vegetables quickly, accurately and efficiently.
