CALISTAR SORTING MACHINE
The Calistar sorting machine is the latest development of Aweta, which is designed to perform large-scale works, such as pre-sorting.
The Calistar sorting machine is the latest development of Aweta, which is designed to perform large-scale works, such as pre-sorting. The design of this machine is unique in the sense that all the components involved, namely, electronics, drive, transport devices, chains, etc., are located above the product. This means that there is easy access to the bottom of the machine, making it easy to install and remove packaging materials and to clean the machine's components and mechanisms. The product rotates on a discriminator (selector) to determine the color, size and quality. After that, the product is very carefully selected and transported with the transfer of it from the machine to the side conveyors. After that, the product is fed to the weighing device, where its weight is recorded with an accuracy of 2 grams..

Gripping devices Aweta
Each individual fruit or vegetable is carefully selected and transported to the weighing section, where the weight of the product is measured to within 2 grams. With a performance of 8 captures per second in each line and different models in which four to ten lines of each type are provided, the Calistar sorting machine can provide any required speed. The design of the gripper system used makes it impossible to simultaneously grasp two fruits or vegetables and combine them to pass a sorting device.

Delicate sorting procedure
Capture Calistar is by far the thinnest and neatest carrier for apples. This system was copied from us, to some

extent, by a competing company. However, our system is still unique, since there is no transition from the singular to the grader. The product falls into the same channel in the water channel.
The fruit is gently picked up by the seizure and transported, where it is later discharged through the brush into the water. We are proud to say that for the delicate apples Golden Delicious is the preferred sorting machine Calistar.

After the color of the product, its weight or diameter is determined, the computer automatically activates the switching system located above the brush conveyor, forcing the gripper to lower the product downward; different drop parameters for different lines are provided.

Such images are prevented from falling products on top of each other. The brush conveyor transfers the products to the assembly conveyor, to the packer in boxes (DBF) or to a trough filled with water. After emptying, the gripper continues to move to the final block of the sorting machine and returns along the upper guide to the starting point of the cycle. The process ends with the activation of the Awesort system developed by Aweta.
