Central computer
TRS is equipped with a central computer that monitors the machine, registers all sorting information and coordinates the operation of all systems from the time of calibration to the moment of binding the bouquet with an elastic band. This computer is Aweta's own development, designed specifically for TRS based on the daily experience of the manufacturers of roses. The computer registers all the information of each working day. The computer can be easily connected to a standard PC or a corporate computer for direct data manipulation.
Sorting by length and thickness
TRS is the first sorting machine for roses, able to sort by the length and thickness of the stem. Roses for sorting are suspended at convenient working height on forks, mounted in a conveyor belt. The optical system reads the form of the rose and sends the data to the computer. Depending on the length and thickness of the stem, the computer sends the flower to the appropriate station for the formation of bouquets. (The thickness of the stem is measured along the entire length of the rose).
Stations for the formation of bouquets
The basic standard model of the TRS machine is produced with six stations for the formation of bouquets, but if necessary, several more stations can be added to it. This allows several stations to be programmed for bouquets of one type or one station for different sizes, which reduces the number of stations.
Full automation.
When the bouquet is formed, it is cut to the programmed length and connected by an elastic band, after which the automatic gripper accurately transfers it to the table. Now the roses are ready for the next stage. Thanks to a special design, the tables for the accumulation of bouquets are built in such a way that the minimum number of workers can easily service the stations. TRS is the most accurate and effective machine for sorting roses, which combines the utmost attention and speed of processing of products. Settings for different height of the station of bouquet formation
When working with different grades, packing stations can be equipped with an automatic system for adjusting the height of knives and binders. Knives and binders are set independently from each other when selecting another program.
Product Registration
Automatic measurement of the degree of bud opening
The latest computer technology of digital signal processing (DSP) and other advanced technologies allow to measure the degree of disclosure of each rose using a special camera. With the help of the latest electronic and optical equipment, an image of each bud is formed, which undergoes an accurate analysis under the control of the computer. The camera analyzes all the specific characteristics of the variety and on the basis of this determines the degree of opening of the flower. The sorting machine is automatically tuned to the final result: a rose of standard maturity in a uniform bouquet with a single length and thickness of the stem.
